Automotive Locksmiths

Keys shut in the car, or gone altogether? No Limits comes to the vehicle — roadside, parking basement or driveway — and confirms who's coming before you hang up.

Automotive Key Cutting & Programming

Car key work has largely moved off the dealership ramp and onto the kerbside. We cut the blade to your vehicle's key code and pair the transponder or remote to the immobiliser where the car is standing, with or without a working key to copy from. Have the registration, the VIN and proof that the car is yours to hand — no locksmith should be coding a key without seeing them.

Keys We Work With

  • Genuine remote keys
  • Smart keys
  • Aftermarket non-remote keys
  • Transponder and electronic keys
  • Key fob programming and repairs
  • Ignition repairs and replacements

Programming Done at the Vehicle

The diagnostic kit travels in the van, so coding happens next to the car rather than at the end of a tow rope. That covers cutting a replacement to code, adding a spare before you need one, and erasing keys that have been lost or stolen so they will no longer start the engine. A handful of newer models still keep programming behind the manufacturer's own servers, and where yours is one of them you'll hear it from us before anything is started or charged.

Why Choose No Limits Locksmith for Your Vehicle?

Being stuck beside your own car after dark isn't only inconvenient, it leaves you exposed on a pavement or in a parking level, which is why vehicle calls go out as they come in instead of waiting for a gap in the diary. Entry is made with wedges and long-reach tools working through the door seal, so the glass, the paint and the lock barrel are all still yours afterwards.

The key systems fitted to European, Japanese, American and Korean models on local roads are already loaded in our software, along with most of the light commercial vehicles built on the same platforms. If yours turns out to need coding only the dealer can do, you'll be told on the phone or at the roadside rather than after a bill has started running.
